Cook bacon in a big skillet. While that's happening, make your biscuits with the directions on the packet
When bacon is done, take it out and set aside. Pour off the grease but keep all the cooked bits on the bottom.
Add some butter and throw in diced onions.
Cook til translucent and add minced garlic.
Sprinkle in some SIFTED flour and stir. Hell yeah, you just made a roux.
Add one can chopped tomatoes. Or more if you're making like a fuckton and need more tomatoes.
Stir and simmer. Add some milk if you want to lighten it up and make it creamy like my grandma taught me. The more milk you add, the creamier it will be.
Salt and pepper. Taste it. The key to a good gravy is lots of pepper.
Simmer until it tastes awesome and spoon over biscuits and have the bacon on the side YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
I realize that in the picture above, I had sausage. TBH, it just wasn't as good with a sausage base instead of a bacon base. Learn from my failures and use bacon like your mammaw taught you.
